These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the Cortado Group Portfolio Intelligence platform (the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and, if applicable, the organization you represent.
The Service
The Service maps accounts, contacts, and deal data across a private equity portfolio to surface cross-sell overlap, ICP overlap, and related analytics. Access is by invitation from an existing account admin at your organization.
Accounts and access
You’re responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for activity under your account credentials or personal API tokens. Notify us promptly at team@cortadogroup.ai if you suspect unauthorized access.
Your data
You and your organization retain all rights to the CRM and portfolio data you connect to the Service. We use it solely to provide the Service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy. Disconnecting an integration stops further syncing.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service to store or process data you’re not authorized to share with us;
- Attempt to access another organization’s tenant, data, or accounts;
- Probe, scan, or attempt to circumvent the Service’s security controls; or
- Resell or provide the Service to third parties without our written consent.
Intellectual property
Cortado Group owns the Service, its underlying software, and all related intellectual property. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive right to use the Service — they don’t transfer any ownership in it.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is.” Analytics and scoring outputs are decision-support tools, not a substitute for your own diligence — we don’t warrant that any output is complete, accurate, or fit for a particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cortado Group won’t be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
Termination
Either party may terminate access to the Service as agreed in your organization’s order or, absent a separate agreement, with 30 days’ written notice. We may suspend access immediately for a material breach of these Terms.
Changes to these Terms
If we make material changes, we’ll update the date at the top of this page and notify account admins by email.
